Million Dollar Views: Lakefront, Dock, Kayaks+More

Beautiful lake front home with some of the best views of the lake with a covered dock. Enjoy the views from the top deck or lower patio while sitting in the hot tub, fire pit in the back yard, or on the dock! We also have two kayas for you to enjoy! If you don't want to go out for the day or just want to take a rest for the night then make sure to enjoy our amazing game room or sit back and enjoy the home theatre with surround sound!

This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood in rural Winchester that is located right on the lake!

We have a dock that you can hang out or swim around but there is no boat slip so you will not be able to park a boat there unless it is just for minimal time to get on and off of the dock. We have an oversized driveway for your boat as well!

In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-Mid-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.
This beautiful lake home is in a very nice, quiet, and rural neighborhood so please be respectful to our neighbors and keep the noise down while outside especially after 10:00 or so. :) Also, 5 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Please do not park in the grass or the road. With the lake, dock, stairs and hot tub, clearly, young children MUST BE CLOSELY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES for their safety. We have a very friendly neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. The HOA welcomes renters but bylaws do encourage them to notify owners of inappropriate behavior. 20 MPH speed limit strictly enforced. Must be 25yrs of age to book the property

Perfect for Extended family getaway

We had to switch our rental to this property last minute, and we were extremely happy with how it turned out! Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and gathering spaces were open and spacious! Kitchen was well equipped… The kayaks and paddle boards and dock access were great! Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with!

Family celebration

The house was perfect for our family! The property managers were so responsive and kind—making sure we had everything we needed! Tim Ford lake was beautiful and everyone enjoyed spending time in kayaks paddle boarding and out on the double decker pontoon boat! A great time! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful views

We have been traveling for weekend trips with our friends for years and this was the best house yet. Beautiful lake views, clean house, well stocked, and room for everyone. We had the best time!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The house is clean, updated and the views are amazing! We were there in January, so we didn't use the dock, but the house was perfect. The living space and kitchen is large and open, the bedrooms are spacious, and the movie screen set up downstairs was perfect to watch a game and a movie. Will be back!

Lovely vacation!

Hello, This was an excellent vacation space. The views of the lake are amazing. The lake is gorgeous and warm to swim in. The renters supplied kayaks and we paddled around a lot. The kitchen is more than adequate for a vacation rental and we additionally enjoyed grilling. It was an awesome place to stay. It is also a short drive into town if you want a night out or great coffee!

60th surprise birthday party

The size of the house was great. We slept 8 with room to spare. The view is breath taking, but hike to the boat dock not for the faint of heart. We used the fire pit and it was nice to sit around. I'd go back again for another occasion.

Great for a retreat with friends, awesome communication!

We had a group of 13 and one infant staying here for a church retreat. The house was awesome and the kitchen utensils well-stocked, perfect for hanging out and eating meals together between lake activities! We loved getting to have kayaks on the premises to use in the lake. We used the hot tub and firepit at night, both amazing for our group to have on-site. There was a gas station not far away where one of our group members got firewood, very handy too! Finally, Jake and Jeff from Freedom Property Management were awesome to work with. They were super responsive and helpful, assisting with any (few) issues we had quickly and enthusiastically. Even getting a plumber on site after hours on Friday when we first arrived. Seriously the best! We would definitely try and rent at one of their properties again!

Annual couples trip!

We enjoyed our stay here! The view from the balcony is great. The house was so well stocked, and kitchen/dining/living area spacious for families or groups. The lower level kitchen was very convenient for making lunches to take down to the dock, and for keeping a fridge stocked for days spent on the dock or out on the lake. Owners graciously answered any questions and offered availability at any time if needed. Enjoy!

Amazing Property for Large Group!

This home was perfect for our two family group with 7 teens! The home was like two homes in one which suited us perfectly! Loved sitting on the porch for coffee every morning and the kids loved the lake on our last day! The property manager was wonderful and was there if we needed him for anything! We were also super impressed with never running out of hot water when having 13 people showering! I would highly recommend this property if looking to stay in the area!

Awesome location, amazing views, and incredible hosts

We had a great time at the property. There were 9 of us and we had more than enough room. The property was incredibly clean, well thought amenities available, and the views off the back deck or sitting with coffee looking out the window in the morning was super calming. Derrick and Justin were very attentive to anything we needed. We’re already planning another trip with our friends for the summer. Definitely recommend staying, you won’t be disappointed.

Picture Perfect Oasis

The lake house was a true oasis! The paddle boat, hot tub, and rainfall shower were a few of our favorite things. And what about those views?? Picture perfect as we lounged by the fire pit and talked in the evening hours. If we could, we'd give it 11 out of 10!!!
