Relax by the fire pit, challenge friends to a game of pool, or enjoy other games in the game area. This beautiful home has an upstairs and downstairs living area making it the the perfect spot for family gatherings or group getaways. Embark on a journey of relaxation and fun, surrounded by the beauty of Tims Ford Lake!

-Fire pit where you can relax with friends and family
-Screened in porch off main level to enjoy the quiet beauty of the lake.
-4 complimentary kayaks so you can explore
-The home boasts living areas on the main level and the lower level.
-The owner does keep their boat in the slip, but you can tie up your boat on the side of the dock.
-The property has seasonal water. The dock will not have water November-Mid April. You can still sit on the dock and use the kayaks by walking down to the water`s edge during those timeframes.

Step into relaxation as you enter your lakeside home. There`s ample space for everyone with over 4400 sq. ft ensuring a comfortable stay. The master suite, located on the main level, features a king-sized bed for comfort, while another King size bed sits on the lower level for your guests. Also, there are 4 noise machines to help you get a restful night sleep

-A short drive to the famous Jack Daniels Distillery, offering tours and tastings for whiskey enthusiasts. Also, in the area is Uncle Nearest and George Dickel distilleries.
