Marina Breeze in Twin Creeks

  • This beautiful Lake home is located in the pristine community of Twin Creeks, short drive to the neighborhood pool, and minutes to the marina. Bring your own boat to launch at the marinas private dock. No boat? no problem! The Marina offers the following rentals: pontoon boats, kayaks and paddle boards. The on-site store will take care of all of your boating needs including gas, beverages, sunscreen, snacks etc… Drafts and Watercrafts bar and grill frequently features live music on the weekends

    -Pool Access Memorial Day-Labor Day
    -4 min drive to the Marina where you can enjoy food, drinks, and rentals to enjoy your time on the water
    -Drafts and Watercrafts Bar and Grill at the marina is open until mid-October and will open mid to late April.
    -Dry Creek Beach is at the entrance of Twin Creeks Marina where you and your family can play in the sand and water during your stay. Open Memorial Day-Labor day

    Twin Creeks is a beautiful gated community right next to Twin Creeks Marina
    This is a one level home. There is a gas grill and patio furniture on the back patio and there are a few steps from the back door down to the patio.
    Must be 25yrs of age or older to rent the property
    No Parties or Events
    Must be 18 years of age or older to drive the golf cart
    No Pets
    No Parking on the Road-HOA doesn`t allow and vehicles can be towed
    HOA doesn`t allow box trucks to be parked in the driveway or roadway
