"We received a friendly and informative welcome here the hostess let us know with a map where everything was. The room we stopped in room 1 was amazing the best sleep we have had in a long time. And the breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Would definitely recommend to everyone and will be booking up again thank you for a amazing stay"

"Absolutely wonderful staff, we got upgraded to a suite which was a bonus as it was our wedding anniversary. Treatment area is absolutely amazing and so relaxing, you can sit pre and post treatment to relax. Treatment was amazing!! Despite us being informed that a member of staff was off sick in the morning, so my husband and I had half the treatment time each, it was still amazing. Lunch was decent and breakfast was cooked upon request and tasted good. Thank you for a memorable experience!! The only downside was that there are no restaurants nearby, so we had to get a cab to the nearest one which proved a nightmare when trying to get back around 11."

"Staff were very welcoming and a lovely spacious room. There was a cobweb on one of the posts on the bed, but the rest of the property was reasonably clean. Bedding wasn’t the most comfortable, but the bed was. The plugs in the bathroom were slightly annoying, but overall it was a lovely stay, a very nice bar area, and great staff."

"Wonderful room with a view of Bath. Snug and comfortable with a clean en-suite with good products supplied. I slept very well and it was a relaxing stay. Gorgeous house and beautiful garden. I enjoyed a decent continental breakfast which set me up for the day. Friendly and helpful staff, got a great welcome. Oldfields House is about ten minutes from Bath centre, quite an exhilarating hike uphill if you’re walking. The city can be busy, so it suited me well that my hotel was a few minutes walk. Will definitely book again if I’m back in Bath."

"The hotel is very beautiful, with a lovely view over the countryside. The communal areas are very pleasant, the restaurant, the garden and the room next to the bar are perfect for relaxing and reading. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. I had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel. The dinner menu was also good. The location is a 15–20-minute walk from the town centre. Just bear in mind that it’s at the top of a hill, so some people might find it easier to use a car or taxi. I liked the location as it was still close to town yet peaceful, just as I wanted."
