We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations. "

"The Gästehaus Sonnenwirth is a fully automated establishment and its checkin system is just the beginning of its problems. We’d prepaid through Expedia but the checkin software couldn’t find the booking. The entrance lobby holds two people and three’s a crowd - the automatic door kept opening and we were battered with rain and hail so we did not enjoy trying to solve the Sonnenwirth’s software problems. The Expedia contact number was answered once by a man who said,”You need to speak to my wife”...

Great service, lovely breakfast. biggest downside was the car parking - I arrived too late and the car park was full (not the hotels problem) but the on street parking would only allow me to book for 1 hour at a time from 6am... very annoying!"

"Schlüssel über Schlüsselkasten, Kontakt mit Personal nur telefonisch, von dort Falschaussage zur Parksituation auf dem Marktplatz, angeblich ist Samstag kein Werktag und man kann bedenkenlos parken, was natürlich falsch war. Ausszattung sehr altmodisch Wir hatten 2 Einzelzimmer, in einem der Zimmer ging kein Fenster auf, in diesem Zimmer hing auch ein dreckiges Duschtuch an der Tür im Bad"
