Bait and switched the rooms….
I booked a 38sqm double apartment and when I arrived I had been given a 18sqm box room. Half the size and with less facilities. The apartment is also in a separate side of the hotel next to only one other apartment. It’s far superior. The apartment was obviously more expensive than the single room ...
