The most unique space you will find in the Wilton and Farmington area. This secured beautiful apartment is a 2-story, 1600 sq ft unit in a historic building that has been involved in a 2-year rehab with all the best amenities. Suite 2 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit featuring a well-stocked kitchen for any level cook, in-unit washer and dryer, and central heat and A/C. Private off street parking for 2 cars. This unit requires you to walk upstairs to the second floor and the bedrooms are located on the third floor. Located above one of the nicest (and definitely the largest!) coffee shops in beautiful Franklin County you will only have a short walk for your morning gourmet coffee and you’ll have several options for dining to round out your evening dinner (perhaps a sunset walk on our very own Wilson Lake?!). If you’re visiting us for an ATV/UTV adventure, you have access right from the property. If you’re visiting us for a snowmobiling adventure, there are several parking and unloading areas close by (the Woodland Wanderers Clubhouse is less than a mile away).. This property is a non-smoking, non-vaping, no pot property. Please be thoughtful of your stay and noise level. No parties please!

We cannot say enough about this property. It is absolutely beautiful. It is an old barn renovated perfectly. It has everything you need - two bedrooms, each with a bed - 2 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous. I highly recommend this rental. It is the nicest one we have ever stayed in!
Fabulous stay - the condo was immaculate and beautiful, every imaginable amenity and many thoughtful extras. I have stayed in MANY condo rentals over the years, this was one of the best! Host was incredibly responsive. Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area.
It was the perfect stay for us! The rooms are decorated beautifully, beds very comfortable and lots of extra touches to make for the perfect stay. Having the coffee shop below was perfect for a mornings.Thank you Joe & Amy
