Fully furnished includes: heat, air conditioning, water, sewer, electricity, WIFI, TV with Hulu Netflix Paramount Starz Disney You tube Peacock , washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, cooking/eating dishes and utensils, outdoor back porch with seats and table viewing the 6 acre property with woods stream and walking paths, and much more! Trash removal weekly; curbside mailbox, off street private parking, yard care and snow plowing provided by on site owner; direct access to recreational trail ITS82. Close to local sub shop and multiple stores.
