The staff here at SPRINGHILL SUITES in Troy Ohio went above and beyond for us. From Felix and Maria in housekeeping to your wonderful front desk (check in) ladies. Nancy and Alma were exceptional! We had some bumps along the way during our stay and Nancy and Alma always helped us through. We are forever grateful. The rooms were amazing, clean and very comfortable. Lots of space and beds were perfect. A home away from home. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. This hotel has absolutely spoiled us and set standards for all other hotels we will be staying at on our drive back to California. Thank you doesn’t seem sufficient, but thank you SPRINGHILL SUITES in Troy Ohio staff for an unforgettable stay."

"The sink is always clog. water is slowly draining. The dirty towels were not collected the following morning. The hotel did not inform the potential guest ahead of time that the swimming pool was closed. the swimming pool is one of the reason why we booked at the hotel. they only opened it after staying a night at the hotel.Since we complained about the dirty sink. they said they upgraded us to a suite which turned a smaller bathroom compared to the room I booked which can accomodate a disabled person. no coffee maker jus like what we had from original room we booked."
