Our property has a very cozy and quaint feel. This older home has been reinvented with a large master suite and a guest bedroom that has two beds! This place is perfect for a family and has ample space with modern amenities. It's very pet friendly and has a very large and spacious back yard that is completely fenced in. You will appreciate the space and the easy drive to the beach, UNCW, downtown and other popular hotspots in Wilmington.

The house was spotless and very comfortable for our stay. It was well stocked with essentials and cookware. The large fenced back yard was perfect for our pets. The queen bed is very comfortable. Mattress was firm but plush covered. It was located within walking distance from New Hanover hospital and within a short drive to restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and quick to answer messages. I would highly recommend booking this residence. We will be using it again on our next trip to Wilmington. Thank you!

Simple relaxed stay

The check in process was simple, on time and the house was very clean. Spacious backyard for outdoor games although the grill does not work. Great neighborhood only a few minutes from everything there is to do in Wilmington. Very nice place to stay.

Great basic home

It was in an area close to everything fun to visit in Wilmington. Only flaw with house is that the outside house, porch, and deck need work and bushes need trimming.

Home is immaculately clean & smells so good! Very large back yard is perfect for playing and pets. Comfy beds, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen.Communication with the host was easy thru the whole process with prompt responses.I would like to see the few minor cosmetic repairs made to the homes exterior to appeal to the overall experience but those do not affect the stay you will have. Overall very pleased with this property. The location was perfect and we would absolutely go back with our kids & pups!

Property was clean and in good location. Only issue was there is no cable TV (wanted to watch NFL playoffs). From host instructions was led to believe there would be TV. Internet was available.

We stayed at the property for three days during our pre-Christmas visit to family in the area. The home was located on a convenient road between Eastwood and College Roads near Oleander and easily accessible to Wrightsville Beach. We have two small dogs that travel with us and they loved the large expanse of the fenced-in back yard. The house is apparently undergoing some renovation since the picture which shows wall with a door into an office area is not accurate any longer. That wall is now gone. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good for our use. The kitchen was modern and opened into a dining area that also worked well for us. The host stayed in contact as necessary and offered us an appropriate way to enter the property. The driveway is circular and allowed us good visability to enter and exit. We were pleased with our stay and would be willing to return when we need a good place to stay in the future.

Close to everything

Rental is close to restaurants/shops and a quick drive to the ocean. We traveled with our dogs and they really enjoyed the fenced yard. The listing description doesn’t do justice on how huge it is! House is very clean and comfortable. Tried to contact the host about TVs and didn’t get a response, it seems that’s the main problem with every review too. Never figured them out (followed the directions in welcome packet) besides bedroom tv let us pull up YouTube. It says smart tv but apps wouldn’t work.

Attractive but. ..

The pictures accurately show the house. Forget watching tv. The instructions are incomplete and we never could get something to watch. The coffee maker is a drip model so we could not use any of the Kpods we took with us. The bedroom was very comfortable but the 1/2 bathroom was useless as the toilet appeared to be child sized and had no power outlets. Overall the location was good and the back yard was great. Now that we know what to expect we would stay here again.

Beach house

If going for just the beach this is a good place to stay. Indoor pictures are accurate. Great for if you’re bringjng your pet theres a large fenced in yard. Poor curb appeal definitely could use work on the outside of the home. Back porch had ripped screens around the patio, pillows on the outside furniture could be refreshed on changed. WiFi was an issue the entire stay couldn’t get connected. WiFi won’t connect to an Alexa or Roku. The TV’s are on two different systems (cable/satellite) and you have to change the bedroom tv channels from the hallway closet. We traveled 7 1/2 hours to stay here so we planned to make this our home away from home but we couldn’t enjoy the amenities. If those concerns were addressed we’d return.
