The small front yard was perfect for our dogs, and the quiet neighborhood added to our enjoyment. We will definitely be returning!

Pleasant stay at the parsonage

Convenient to Wilmington Historic District, this well appointed house was a delight to stay in. Perfect size for my wife, myself and our pup. Lots of thoughtful touches in the house and we appreciated the decor and original artwork.

Great Stay

We had such a good stay day. The place was very clean and very close to downtown. We would definitely stay at this place again. The yard is perfect for bringing a small dog. Our dog was living her best life playing in the yard.

Perfect spot, great for dogs

One of the nicest VRBO places I have ever seen, set up the way you would if you actually lived there. Great kitchen, nice decor, great porch and deck - too hot to spend much time outside while I was in town but outside spaces would be lovely in Fall or Spring. Fenced areas great for taking dogs out and short drive to Greenfield Lake for longer walks.

The parsonage was a great spot to enjoy exploring Willmington & the surrounding beach areas.

The artwork and comfortable furnishings were a treat. We chose to do a lot of cooking, and kitchen silverware and pots were limited, but we made do. We had a cozy stay at the Parsonage.

Fun, convenient, comfortable

Great decor, not the usual stuff. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Location is excellent near a corner store, beside a church (being a parsonage), and a few blocks from a lot more.

Miss Marple comes to stay

Staying at this darling parsonage felt like being in an Agatha Christie book!.. Cosy, so all curated and a wonderful location. The neighborhood is full of historic homes and buildings, and you can walk everywhere. We had our service dog with us, and she loved hanging out in the front yard with us. Perfect stay.

Gem nestled in a cool neighborhood

Loved this property. Cool mid century furnishings, clean, well stocked and very comfortable - owner has thought of everything you would need for a vacation rental. Walking distance to several excellent restaurants and very close to historic downtown. It is great dog walking / running neighborhood. I will be back for sure. Thanks Russ.

Birthday

Nice little house, just right for us. Some of the decor was very cool, I’m a stereo guy and the stereo there was very cool, antique and sounded great! Maybe would have put some salt and pepper exc. Not a bad walk to the river either.

Gateway to Wilmington

This is a great, cozy (but surprisingly spacious) house in a quiet neighborhood. It’s perfect if you want to be within a nice stroll of downtown and you can enjoy all the sights without the hassle of having to park there. I did some writing there as well since it’s just downright peaceful. Excellent rental experience. Anthony was terrific!

Wedding weekend at The Parsonage.

Very well appointed. All needs met. Impressed with how clean it was. Everything you might need for an out of town visit. Close to the wedding site at First Presbyterian Church on 3rd street. Also convenient to the Country Club reception. We would book again. Enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and admiring the historical homes- just one block away.

A great stay

The house is cute and comfortable. We had everything we needed and it is convenient to downtown. It is a great house and we enjoyed our stay so it will be our go-to place the next time we visit family. The only thing to note is that the church next door is very close and a drummer was practicing on Friday night and the band for several hours mid morning on Saturday. We could hear it all. We were able to ignore it, but it might be an issue for some.
