Welcome to Tilton Midtown in the heart of Wilmington. Whether family, couples or singles, this 3 bed, 2.5 bath has been fully modernized with you in mind. Central A/C, WiFi+

A spacious, open-concept main floor, new kitchen, living, dining & powder rooms. The backyard is furnished w/ outdoor seating.

Upstairs is the Master bedroom with a Queen bed, FireTV & en-suite Master Bath. There are 2 additional bedrooms (3 beds) and a full bath. We can’t wait to host you!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty personal items from the FRIDGE AND FREEZER
Clean dishes and EMPTY THE DISHWASHER to put dishes up
Make sure the SHEETS, TOWELS, KITCHEN and OTHER LINENS are gathered at least and left by the laundry area or you can wash and dry or please at least wash and leave drying if possible, thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
