Spacious Vacation home in Chimney Hill near Mt Snow

  • Plan your fall and winter vacation in the mountains! Lots of great things to do and explore! Skiing season is almost here. MT Snow is 15 mins away, Stratton is 30 mins. Theres still some great summer and fall weather left. Enjoy Hiking and Boating nearby, Rent a boat or Jet ski or bring your own. Enjoy our 2600+ sq fr of space plenty of space on 3 levels to spread out for large groups! 2 master suites 1 on first floor and 1 on 2nd. There are 3 steps to enter house but then no steps required for first floor master suite including bathroom

    We are directly across from club house with all the amenities.
    There 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 futons in the finished basement
    We have 3 TV’s with access to Netflix etc. we have shelves full of board games to keep everyone occupied
    Enjoy the clubhouse across the road with indoor and outdoor pool. Hot tub, grilling area, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts hiking trails close by. Haystack trailhead is .7 miles from the front door. Close by areas for kayaking etc

    15 mins to Mt Snow. 30 mins to Stratton Mt. for skiing and summertime fun. 10 mins to downtown Wilmington. 10 mins to public boat dock. 20-30 mins to great picnic areas at Lake Harriman So Much Much More To Do
