Welcome to the Marilyn. NO CLEANING FEE. Drop dead gorgeous 3 bedroom steps from downtown Wilmington river walk and all restaurants and bars. Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need. Keurig and full coffee maker all linens and sheets provided. Just bring clothes!
There is nothing like this in Wilmington. 1 off street and ample free on street parking included! 3 bedrooms. Queen, Queen and King sleep 6. There is also an air mattress that can sleep 2 more for a total of 8. Washer and dryer included with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are provided. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY stocked kitchen for making memories with family.
Hi Speed WIFI, Steamer for clothes also available
All TVs are smart TVs as well. One off street space parking space is included and there is ample free street parking as well. this is the bottom floor of a 2 unit duplex. Both can be rented together :)

Great Spot Downtown!

This property was very clean and easy to access, walking distance from the boardwalk in downtown ILM. I’d highly recommend this spot for your next IPM vacation!

Steve was a wonderful host. My family and I had a great stay at his place, which is located near downtown and convenient to everything we were looking for. We only stayed a night but my family enjoyed our time at the house which was located on a quiet street. Rooms were spacious and welcoming. Thank you Steve!

Great location and home

We stayed for a quick weekend trip with my family and the home is just as listed. It was clean and exactly like the pictures. The location is perfect to visit the battleship and other downtown locations with just a short drive. The beds were very comfortable. Will certainly stay again when we come to visit.

A quick stay in downtown Wilmington

We were in town one night for a wedding and needed a convenient place to stay within walking distance of the venue. This location was perfect and we loved having a parking spot instead of fighting for street parking. The hosts were very accommodating with our need for an earlier check in. If we ever needed a place to stay in Wilmington again we will definitely come back.

Perfect house in the heart of Wilmington

Beautiful 3 bedroom home 10 minute walk from downtown Wilmington. Was perfect for our group of 6 including 4 elderly grandparents. Clean, spacious first floor apartment. Highly recommend!

Modern decor in heart of Historic Wilmington

Came here with my husband when he wanted to take a fishing charter out of Wrightsville Beach with one of his friends. The area is very quiet and very close to the Riverwalk and local restaurants, boat rides, etc. Also appreciated that it is pet friendly. Steven the host is very accommodating and very quick to respond. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying at “the Marilyn”! The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is fantastic. Our host Steve went above and beyond to be an amazing host when I reached out about a very minor inconvenience. I cannot recommend this property - or this host - enough!!

Lovely Home in Historic District

House is beautifully decorated, spacious, well appointed and in prime location to enjoy the riverfront. Only downside is single bathroom but our group of 5 managed fine. Don’t let that scare you off from this premium rental. We would definitely stay again. Owner is super responsive and accommodating as well.

Perfect Location/So clean

What a beautiful property! We took a quick trip to Wilmington to tour the college and stumbled upon the gem on VRBO. I’m so glad we did! It was clean and spacious. You can tell this home is loved and well taken care of. We could walk downtown to the restaurants and shops in about 10 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Thanksgiving visit

Visiting family for thanksgiving—we were able to do a full dinner without issue and location was easy to get to small businesses Saturday in downtown Wilmington. We are repeat guests at this Vrbo and will continue to be back. :)
