Right in the midst of historic downtown Wilmington. Great walking. Many beautiful court buildings and churches. Good food. Space was very clean and had everything anyone would need.

Host (Jenny) was amazing. Made us feel so welcome and was SO responsive. Also, this cozy place was so comfortable and had many lovely decorative touches.
Perfect location for my trip. Next door to the event space where I attended a wedding. Everything was walkable. The studio itself was super cute. Two things that came up for me: I was a little too short (5' 4") to reach the Murphy bed but eventually get it. Maybe a stool or tall companion would be helpful. And, although there was a sign about the shower hot/cold situation, the temp was either very hot or very cold. I couldn't find the sweet spot. The bed, linens, and amenities were great. I particularly enjoyed poking around all the books, gems, records, tarot cards, plants, and other decor. Overall, this is a great find! I would definitely stay here again but will ask for help with the shower next time. Thank you!!
My wife and I had a great time. This property was perfect for what we needed. Loved the area and being able to walk to many places, drive to the beach wasn’t too bad either. Would definitely stay here again!
The property was right in the heart of the historic Wilmington scene. Walking distance to the whole waterfront. Plenty of accessible parking. However, it was quiet (in spite of a thumping, raging party next door). I felt very safe. Check in info was great. The place was cozy and clean. The kichen and bath are sizeable and you can cook there. Overall, a great home base for my weekend!
This Vrbo was perfect for our little getaway. The location was more than ideal as we did not have to start or move the car the entire weekend! Everything we were interested in for our first trip was within walking distance. The house is adjacent to a night club but that didn’t bother us too much as we had a long day and were exhausted from all the fun experiences. Thanks for a great host!
Great, convenient location to the river walk and all of the shops and restaurants downtown. The unit was quiet and perfect for 2 people. Very cute and well worth booking again!
Great Location for Walking/Shopping/Eating in Historic District
We enjoyed the ease of getting in and out of the condo and parking choices were abundant for our 2-day weekend stay-cation. We had everything we needed in the neat and tidy unit! Jen responded quickly to our question about the lock code. I'd recommend this whole heartedly as a great place to explore downtown Wilmington from --- on foot!
The apartment is located near everything in Wilmington, so once you park you can leave your car there. The space is generous enough for two people, a comfortable couch becomes a supercomfortable queen-sized murphy bed. There are plenty of books for reading, a great boho aesthetic and a fully equipped kitchen, large enough for a extended stay and for cooking/eating within the space. The bathroom is quite large [full shower-plenty of towels] with ample storage for clothes within the closet and expansive bathroom counter. The laundry facilities are on the property in a separate area, easy to access. The one suggestion I would make is perhaps to leave a detailed guest legend or book providing things such as laundry location, wifi passwords, etc in addition to notes about clean up or restaurant suggestions, so that a guest would not have to pester the host. All in all this was a great experience and I would sincerely reccomend Jennifer and this place for others, as well as visiting this space again either for a quick three day trip or for a full week. The location and decor make this a great spot for year round enjoyment.
