PERFECT LOCATION, AMAZING VIEWS AND SUNSETS FROM A PRIVATE BALCONY!! Stay in the heart of downtown and enjoy the skyline and river view through the large sliding glass doors or from the charming balcony. Riverview Penthouse is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a romantic getaway because it's quiet and peaceful on the 8th floor. However, you're just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and the downtown Riverwalk.
Do not parking on the deck behind the building, you will get towed.
Parking Downtown is limited there is a parking deck nearby. We have a pass you can purchase for a daily rate and come and go as you please. Contact us if you would like the parking pass.

Riverview Penthouse is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with all of the modern amenities you need. Check in anytime with contactless, keyless entry and clear instructions. The private condo boasts high ceilings and has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony with stellar views. Snacks and bottled water await your arrival. The living room has a large TV with cable, comfortable couch, and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, towels, soaps, sponges, Keurig coffee machine with regular and decaf pods, and the basics like salt, pepper, and oil. It also features a 6 stage reverse osmosis water filtration unit so you can enjoy your fill of fresh water. The bathroom is clean with fluffy towels, nice individual soaps, a steaming shower head with nice water pressure, and a cloth shower curtain that is frequently laundered. The newer king size bed has a comfortable mattress and a fully encapsulating mattress protector and quality pillows with fully encapsulating protectors to ensure that they are sanitary. The blankets and linens are clean and of high quality.

Because you're in the heart of downtown, you are a short walk from tons of great restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping, and entertainment. Check out our thorough guest book for recommendations! The beaches are just a 15 or 20 minute drive away. The USS North Carolina Battleship can be reached via water taxi or by car.

Great place for the 2 of us. Location was great so many activities in close range. I was a little worried about parking, but paid a little extra for parking garage and it worked out fine. Highly recommend

A nice, well equipped one bedroom. Beautiful sunset views. Wilmington is a nice town with a strong food/bar scene.

Right in the middle of everything

Our stay was woderful the condo was so homey and comfortable. We will be coming back. My only suggestion is there should be a crab bar in the tub for older guests.

Overall we had a great stay! Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, museums and nightlife. The only thing that would make it better would be having a parking permit available to use during the stay, instead of having to pay additional for a garage.

Great spot for a couple, the view is amazing and the balcony is the best part!!! We plan to return to this location one day!! Owners and Management company very responsive and timely with details. I would highly recommend this spot!

Perfect getaway

Amazing view! Had all the amenities needed. Hosts were helpful with parking and access to the property! We are planning on coming back since our son is a freshman at UNCW. Really great location downstairs, close to all the action but yet quiet.

Great location, easy check in/out. Place had everything you need including the little things like hand soap, new sponge to wash dishes and even shampoo and body soap. The water and snacks were a great touch too.

Wonderfull stay!

This condo is absolutely adorable! It looks just like the pictures on VRBO and was incredibly clean. We loved the wall decorations as well. Perfect location to walk to everything. Parking garage was very close and was a get value to pay for parking with the owners. Thank you for such a beautiful condo and stay!!

Cute apartment with a view

We enjoyed our stay here. The property managers provided all the info for a smooth check in and were very responsive. The place is spotless and the view is fantastic. The bagel shop downstairs was great and so convenient for breakfast. It's in a very walkable area right downtown. Definitely recommend!

A terrific condo with a balcony and a view of the river and the battleship. Everything was spotless and smelled perfectly. Delighted to stay here and will consider this property on our next trip to Wilmington.
