Brand new totally renovated room. Extra clean. Keyless entry with code. I am located within minutes of ilm Airport. Centrally located 15 minutes to Downtown Wilmington or 15/20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. I do have beach accessories that I provide for my guests located in the room. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, bag, towels etc. If there's anything I can help with upon your visit please let me know. NOTE ~ shower is NOT very big. Thank you, Dina

Had a great stay in this private bedroom. Dina provided a thousand thoughtful touches including beach supplies and snacks. Appreciated the private entrance and quick communication. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Unique Place to Lay Your Head

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dina’s property. She was very easy to communicate with, her property was exactly as described, and she was able to provide recommendations for places to go and things to eat in the area. She also offered extras such as beach supplies we could use during our stay, which was a kind bonus! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful

We had a WONDERFUL time during our stay. The decorations were simple and beautiful, Which kept my 2 year old from getting into everything. Thick window shades made for a great nights sleep, and we had no problems with WiFi or tv. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided, and smelt amazing. Nice size mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven.. coolers, beach chairs, sunscreen… she had everything! Would love to stay again if it works with our “get aways.” 10/10.

Extraordinary Restreat affordably Price

My stay here was much more than I anticipated and every feature available was very well done. Private parking, secluded entrance, uniquely appointed, and the graciousness of our host was boundless. Absolutely a pleasure and i hope to return when in this area.

Cozy, Clean, and Great Host!!

Spent a few days here for a girls trip and I couldn’t be happier we booked this cute little place. Property has a safe/secure private entrance and was very clean and had great amenities. Dina was a FANTASTIC host!! She was quick to respond and very accommodating to any need we had. If you want to be close to Wilmington/Wrightsville beach but don’t want the hustle bustle of downtown this is definitely the place to be!!

Short trip to Wilmington

We stayed one night at Dina’s private room. Communication was excellent. The room was perfect for me and my daughter. There is beach items, coloring books, magazines, lots of “extras”. It felt very homey.

Great decor and friendly host

My stay with Dina was amazing! The place was extremely clean, and well stocked with things we may need: condiments, plastic ware, coffee, and even a coloring book! The decor was amazing and glam, and exceeded my expectations. The room felt very private for being attached to the house, and Dina was an AMAZING host. She was extremely welcoming and generous, and I will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Shines bright like a diamond

I love this property!!! The thoughtfulness that has gone into the property is astounding. Everything from the beautiful sparkly decor to snacks, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Awesome first experience

This is the first time I have used VRBO and I don't know if I will ever stay at another hotel again. The place was so clean and very private.the bed is super comfy.anything you need is there for you. She even got us a ride to the concert.all for less than the hotels are charging. 5 stars 😁
