My girlfriend and I both loved the beach design of the room! It was very different, but it was so unique! Paul was very friendly and helpful with getting there, and getting around to some local restaurants!

This is a home that has been sectioned off and being transformed into smaller apartments. The room is really cute. Nice size for a couple. It was a really quiet neighborhood. We past it on the way in the first time because the home looked abandoned but I think once it’s complete it will be adorable! We would definitely stay again

Great for a weekend beach trip!
The suite was clean, comfy, and the perfect size for 2. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty close to everything we wanted to do. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Short stay in Wilmington.
The property is tucked away in a residential neighborhood. We were a little concerned at first because it took awhile to get through the neighborhood to the house. But it was worth it. Not a bad location for our needs, which was to check out properties in Wilmington and Southport. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Only concern was that the fridge has a tendency to freeze things. Would definitely stay here again.

Super cute and clean spot!
I took my 2 kids to see a concert in the area, so it was just us 3. The room was larger than expected. Very clean and cozy. Location was ideal for downtown Wilmington access. We had a great stay!

Lots of room, clean, well appointed, good location in northern residential area, but within 15 minutes of shopping. Stayed the weekend while we moved our son into a new home nearby. Will be back.

Started off on the wrong foot with no code to enter door for almost the first hour. Once that was resolved, Vicky, was more than apologetic and even gave us a partial refund to make up for the mistake. All the other reviews were wonderful so we knew this was just an accident and we’re all human so we didn’t think about it again after that. Even with the slight snafu I would still wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Perfect spot to see our family that live nearby. The pictures of the private space do not show how spacious the room is. We were pleasantly impressed by the place and how cozy and at home we felt the three days we were there. And access to Netflix and Hulu were a bonus we hadn’t expected. We slept well and were comfortable. Would stay again.

Here were a couple issues we had, we killed 3 roaches and it stayed ao hot in the room we had to buy 2 fans.There were 3 of us staying 4 days and only 4 towels in the place..There was not communication the whole time we were there.pay close attention to the steps..you will get hurt.

Jamie, Thank you for the feedback, we can only get better when we hear our challenges. We live in a wooded area, and treat the whole house regularly, but nothing can keep the wood roaches from coming in. If you have lived any amount of time in NC everyone knows about those bugs. There had never been this type of issue since we started and We don't have that type of issue in the main part of the house. We were home the entire week and would have been happy to adjust the thermostat for more comfort, but we received no communication from you on that subject. Four full sets of bath towels have always been enough for previous guests, for 4 nights. We had more towels available, it would have been fine to message us to ask for more. We normally do not 'freshen' the room for less than a week stay. Thank you again for staying with us and your feedback.

The room was very clean and made us overpack! They had dishes and waters set and ready for you, was a cute surprise. The shower is pretty cool, especially if more than one person is using at a time. Was a great location, still really close to beach and plenty shops and restaurants. The highlight was my hubby busting his a** as soon as we got there, on the steps 😂 so just beware of those, may be less funny depending on the person!! Lol. Overall wonderful place and made our small stay cozy and easy!
