Great little apartment

This was the perfect little space for a weekend getaway. We had everything we needed and owner was very accommodating and helpful!

This was a fantastic stay and exactly what I needed for my single night visit. 10 minutes from downtown so when I arrived in town early was able to find things to kill time. No issues with check in, Lee was very kind through the messaging system.I was in town for an event and the property was in a 5 minute walk so that was another plus!

Nice quiet midtown location

You couldn't ask for a better location to explore Wilmington; garage apartment is walking or biking distance to grocery stores and restaurants yet tucked away in a quiet location. Home is very clean and comfortable, and just a short drive to beaches and downtown.
