You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Perfect Downtown Home

Feel right at home in this beautiful space with plenty of room to stretch out! The home offers three bedrooms with four beds in total! All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs in addition to the main living area with a 60" flat screen. There is seating on the front porch and a back deck to enjoy the outdoor space. You will find a full kitchen to cook in, and the location is easily walkable to all downtown has to offer!

This home is in an ideal location - just a short walk to downtown while still being on a quiet neighborly street. The main living areas are open with a large, comfortable sectional in the living room, a dining table that can seat up to 6, and a fully stocked kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds in total and 2 full bathrooms. You'll be able to enjoy a morning coffee on the front porch or a meal on the back deck.

Guests will have full access to the entire house and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

Family Trip for Ironman Triathlon

We stayed for the weekend for the Ironman triathlon. Very convenient location to all the events downtown. The checkin was very easy and the house was clean and exactly as shown on the website. Would definitely recommend!

Nice house with great location

Nice home with a good location. Easy to walk to the downtown historic area and had restaurants and bars close by in the Brooklyn arts district. Home had everything we needed. Also appreciated the beach chairs for our afternoon at Wrightsville beach.

Great Location

We were celebrating my sister's birthday and could not have picked a better location. We had an easy walk to grab a bite to eat, pop in the store, and even grab some vegan ice cream. Best of all we were able to walk to Live Oak! The home itself had all the amenities like being at your home. It was cozy and the backyard was perfect.

Close proximity to a great downtown. Walking and restaurants and the waterfront were all great. Three bedrooms with perfect sleeping arrangements. Comfortable sofa and a well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the house was not well maintained or clean. Out of state owners should keep a better check on the housekeeping service.

Great location in Wilmington, quiet neighborhood

This was a great location to stay for the 70.3 Ironman in downtown Wilmington. Walking distance to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was not fully stocked with essential items. Great stay nonetheless!!!!

Visiting Family

We came down to Wilmington to visit family for a long weekend. The house is in a great location and easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Parking was on the street but had no issues parking right in front of the home. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I made breakfast every morning but ate out the rest of the time. Had issues with the toaster and the owner was quick to order and have one delivered to the house the same day. We’ll be back! Wedding Weekend

This property was perfect for us to stay! It was myself and my son's family. It was 3 bedrooms which was great for us. A master bedroom King bed & Master bathroom, a room with a queen bed and a room with a full & twin together and another full bathroom. Living room had a nice sectional and big screen TV, a nice dining room table and a very nice kitchen. Outside was a nice deck to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the birds sing! We didn't walk to downtown Wilmington we drove, but it was just a few minutes to drive. We really enjoyed Wrightville beach and the riverwalk which was pretty close to the rental. We came for a wedding. Overall it's a very nice place to stay!

Comfortable home

Hit the Sak was a comfortable home within a short drive of everything we wanted to see in Wilmington. The longest drive was the Aquarium @Fort Fisher which was a 40 minute drive(Spring Break). This would be the distance to Kure Beach as well. The home was nice but needed a few basics like coasters and a cork screw. There were comfortable beds and plenty of room. Beware that late night music (commercially zoned outdoor bands) can clearly be heard. (This happened Thursday, we checked out Friday) Otherwise, it was a quiet street. The street is wide enough for full size vehicles. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was really helpful, and we shared a lot of information easily. The place was in a great location, close to everything. We walked to most spots, but getting an Uber was quick and cheap. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location for show at Live Oak Pavilion

We stayed at this great vrbo to be a 13 minute walk away from Live Oak Pavilion. There are several good restaurants along the river walk that are 10-15 minutes away including our favorite Marina Grill. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch. There are several charming homes in this neighborhood. Overall a great stay!

Amazing place and incredible location

We had the best stay. This was everything we wanted and more. The place was perfect for my family of 6. We sat on the back deck every morning. We walked all around Wilmington- everything was a short walk away. Communication was excellent. I highly, highly recommend.
