Very nice

Super nice place. Didn’t realize the neighborhood and how close everyone was to eachother but overall super clean super nice and close to everything. Absolutely loved and would stay here again!

Nice comfortable stay

The host was so gracious. He was pleasant to communicate with and let us check in hours before our check in time. If you don’t want to be right in town, and in the middle of the hustle and bustle, then this a great little quiet place to stay.

Great stay in Wilmington

This house was perfect for me! The location was convenient to Greenfield Lake, where I enjoyed watching the runners in the half-ironman triathlon. And it is a short few minutes from downtown. The property is exceptionally clean, and provides all the basic needs. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and safe, and the house was the perfect size for me.

Cozy and convenient

This house was the perfect size for our small group. Clean and cozy and stocked with everything we needed to stay for a week. The location is in very close proximity to downtown Wilmington, and it was very easy to get around. The host was very easy to communicate with and the check in/out process was very clear and simple.

The house was very pleasant, clean with an updated kitchen, and the yard is large enough for the dog to run around. Location is near shopping, beaches and Seaview Crab/Fish Market

Long weekend

We enjoyed our stay! We had a small issue on arrival but the owner was immediately responsive and everything was worked out quickly and satisfactorily, despite tge late hour. Everything was clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend.

Charming home, great location

We really enjoyed this property. We were in town for a little sightseeing and a concert at Greenfield Amphitheatre. This house was perfect for us - very clean and updated, great location, and nice fenced-in back yard for the pup. The owner was communicative and hospitable. We'll certainly stay there again when we come back to town.

A lovely place

This was the perfect place for our long weekend. The location was perfect for getting to downtown, beaches, aquarium, etc. the house was just right for our family of 3 and our pup. It is nicely updated and decorated, and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, too! Check in was a breeze, and Fred was quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

House had everything we needed, comfortable bed but not so comfortable couch. House was close to all events we were participating in. Walk around the lake was awesome.

Cute and simple

Perfect stay during winter. Host communicated very well and made sure my stay was comfortable. Instructions were easy to follow and the house was warm. Very clean house with no issues. The TV had a nice feature for guests so you could sign into your own subscriptions. Lovely fenced in back yard to let the dog out and run.

Wonderful week

We loved our stay in Wilmington - it was our first trip to the area, and the house was very clean, comfortable and convenient to Greenfield Lake, beaches, fishing, downtown restaurants, biking, and gardens. The fenced in yard was great for our pup, and the neighborhood was very nice for taking walks. We will definitely be returning to explore more! The host was very helpful and responsive.

Great host owner - perfect for our needs

We rented this very clean 2 BR to spend a week exploring possible retirement communities. Perfect location - 2 mile 8 min drive to downtown, 15 min to Leland area, 15 min to Wrightsville beach, 10 min to Riverlights and River road, 10 min to Bayshore area close to airport and 20 min to Southport and Oak Island. The longest drive 40 min to St James Plantation. We will be back and stay here again!

World AIDS Day stay

The rooster next door, he was an active fella, lol......everything was nice, more comfortable than a hotel room. Close to the event/work obligations. The only thing was the heat, we kept the bedroom and bathroom doors open so the heat could filter throughout the front rooms. Thank you Jeffrey Long T

We really enjoyed our stay at Greenfield Lake Getaway. The house was in a great location just a 5-10 minute drive to the Riverwalk. Wrightsville, Carolina, and Kure beaches were about 20-25 minutes away. We had some fabulous meals at Benny's Big Time Pizza, Circa 1922, Tarantellis, Olivero, and Block Taco. Thank you Fred for your hospitality. We will be back:)

Super cute!

Immaculately clean and within walking distance to the local amphitheater for an intimate concert or show. One caution- it’s really close to the area school and if it’s baseball season, you’re going to hear the announcements. They were promptly quiet by 10 and didn’t bother me, but was definitely a surprise. Very easy check in and out process, owner was very communicative and explained everything clearly. Would stay here again!
