Midtown hideaway

Our two bedroom loft home is the perfect spot! Master bedroom with loft bedroom (steps area little steep) all amenities, fenced in backyard, fully fenced in. Plenty of parking and boat parking as well. Very private area just minutes from the beaches, historic Downtown Wilmington and minutes from several of our local breweries and parks. We also have outdoor shower.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

2nd time staying here. Great space. Comfy bed. Wonderful back yard for fur babies. Great location for visiting kids at UNCW. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemingly had everything you might need if you wanted to. Michael was easy to communicate with.
