"A great hotel for a big island stay. Rooms we're clean and the staff was great about house keeping etc. The veiw was absolutely amazing (I guess you'd need a ocean side room). Luau's are offered, and are totally worth the price. There's two pool areas, one is a standard pool with ocean side views (and drinks!). The other is more of a ocean tide pool (lots of fish and critters!). One of the best vacations I've had and this place made it all the better. "

"Rooms were not ready and continued to not be ready until 10:30pm. Staff disappeared with no answers. Told us to go eat and upon return still didn’t have rooms ready. As rooms became available, one room had a lock issue and someone entered my employees room while she was in the shower and we had to call security. "

"Clean room but poorest service. Long service wait. You paying thousands yet can’t even get good service. Husband needed golf cart to get to room, told us it wasn’t too far lool. Yeah…. Well think about that next booking "

"The rooms are super clean, valet drivers were so quick and bell person took our luggage to our room Restaurant drinks were pretty good the view so beautiful from the restaurant and our room perfect view of everything."

"The only thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to Disneyland. Rooms are worn and the bathroom was dirty. The prior guests soap was still in the shower and there was a fake eyelash stuck to the bathroom counter. Thermostat was set at 64 degrees and could not be adjusted. Spent the night frozen! If you are going to pay these prices, choose a different property."
