Heart of Downtown - Front/Market Street

Welcome to Momentum Loft!

Our second floor condo overlooks the hustle & bustle of a busy and vibrant downtown Wilmington. Located in the busy intersection of Front and Market Street, the condo is footsteps away from shopping, dining, entertainment and attractions. Our location is a convenient stroll down the Riverwalk to Live Oak Bank Pavilion, Wilmington Convention Center and downtown wedding venues. Our block boasts storefront shopping full of retail, restaurants, deserts, and even an Irish Pub next door.

Our guests can expect the usual city noise. There are no clubs on this section of the block that play loud bass through the night. The Irish Pub next door does have 2 outdoors speakers that play music at a tolerable level until 2am. The living room is in the front of the condo to enjoy a bird’s eye view of what’s happening on the streets below. The bedroom is in the back of the unit eliminating a significant amount of the street noise.

Once you get downtown you don’t need your car anymore because you can walk everywhere. Our guests usually park in the City of Wilmington’s Market Street Parking Deck (behind the buildings across the street). The parking deck is pay by the hour or 14.00 all day if you don’t leave the deck. We offer premium parking in our private space on the ground level with unlimited exit/entry for 15.00 a day. It’s not included in the price of the stay because half of our guests travel to Wilmington by air and don’t need parking. If you are interested in premium parking, just let us know after you book. We will also ask when we send the check-in information on the morning of your stay.

We really enjoyed our weekend in Wilmington. The apartment was in a great location, everything was clean and the host is a wonderful guy who answered all our questions. Try out the local business underneath the apartment: momentum distillery. Very cool!

The location is prime location in the central of the river walk area. It’s next to lots of venues to socialize and dine , and is the perfect size for one person. It’s very clean , and nice bed as well as full size couch.

Perfect little downtown location!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. This little treasure is perfectly located in the middle of all the action that downtown Wilmington has to offer. This property has so much charm and personality, along with comfortable furnishings and cleanliness. Can't wait to stay again!

Downtown getaway

The momentum loft is a great downtown spot to stay if you are interested in an easy walk to all things Downtown Wilmington. Great riverfront access, restaurants, nightlife, and just a short drive to Wrightsville Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location!

We had a great stay! You can not beat this location if you are looking to hang out downtown. Room was clean & check in was easy. This will be the only place we stay in Wilmington from now on! The owner also runs a distillery so make sure to stop by and check it out!
