Beautiful farmhouse in heart of downtown Wilmington right by River walk. NO CLEANING FEE! Absolutely stunning balcony in this tastefully designed gem. We provide everything you need. Full Keurig and Coffee maker as well. Linens and towels provided. 1 off street space and ample free street parking included. This is the entire second floor unit. NO shared space.

Great location, comfortable

Our family stayed here for a week long vacation. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and attractions. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shaded balcony was such a treat. The house is clean and the air conditioning kept us cool during the heat wave. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay in Downtown Wilmington

My wife and I stayed here because we wanted a place near the downtown area. It was perfect for this! We were able to easily walk to the area with restaurants and shops. the place was really nice with a great balcony to sit out on to enjoy our coffee and relax at night. the owners were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay near the downtown area.

Great stay for 1night or multiple nights.

We are grandparents touring Wilmington with 2 of our grandsons and our small dog. We only stayed one night but it couldn’t have been nicer. It is a grand older Wilmington home that is now a duplex. Off street parking was easy. Located close to riverfront but most will prefer transportation to visit the area.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is perfect and the location is great if you want to be near downtown Wilmington. We Walked to several restaurants. We almost got snowed in, which was unexpected for Wilmington. Our host was very willing to work with us if we couldn’t get out. Would stay again. Go to Oliveras restaurant one block away. Wonderful restaurant.

This was a very cute property with everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch and walking down to the Riverwalk and restaurants. Most importantly, the host is very responsive and accommodating to all of your needs. Highly recommend!

Two day after Christmas getaway

From the wonderfully clean smell as we walked up the stairs, to the awesome balcony/porch we relaxed on while the rain gently fell, to relaxing watching some late night TV in the comfy living room, the Farmhouse exceeded our expectations! Great location - we walked most places! And our doggies loved it, too!! Highly recommend!!

I had to make sure the house was close enough for me to make it to graduation on time and it was perfect! The host is extremely responsive, emailed him at 1am to ask if we could extend and he replied in 10 min.
