  • This is a two-unit luxury townhouse. Unit 1 is the 975 sq ft. 1BR/1BA ground floor unit plus furnished 120 sq ft. basement room. Unit 2 is the 1275 sq ft. 2BR/2BA second and third floors. Each unit has its own large kitchen.

    Five parking private, on-premise parking spaces included at rear of house.

    This townhouse is beautifully remodeled, and furnished with high-end furniture. It is stocked with fancy soaps and toiletries, snacks for the whole family, and plenty of cookware.

    It includes a steam-room shower and two rain showers.

    The location in downtown Wilmington is idea for seeing Brandywine Park as well as all the downtown attractions. Market St. is a block over. Hotel Dupont, DE.CO food court, the Opera House, Rodeney Square and so much more are all just blocks away.
