Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

The host cancelled my confirmed paid stay three hours before check-in as I was driving to the beach. No explanation was given and If I had not checked my email while driving, I would have been screwed over and scrambling to find a place to stay. I was able to secure a room at the Hampton Inn and was informed by customer service on the phone that I would receive a 141.00 credit but I have had nothing yet?
