  • Welcome to Wilmington! Casa on Campbell is centrally located in the Brooklyn Arts District to all that downtown has to offer. Step out the front door, and you are walking distance from a Broadway show at the Wilson Center, a concert at Live Oak Pavilion, a popular wedding venue at the Brooklyn Arts Center, and countless bars and restaurants along the Riverwalk. When you’re not exploring the Port City, relax at our Casa where you can chill on our fenced-in patio, play cornhole, and grill out.

The house was perfect for our family! We rented it because of a family wedding being held downtown ILM. All of the beds were super comfy, water pressure was amazing, and we loved the natural light of the home. The back yard was cute - it was a hot weekend, so we didn’t spend a lot of time outside. But we did enjoy our coffee on the back patio before the heat took over. Tom was responsive when I reached out. We had no issues while we were there.
