Location was perfect to access everything in the historic downtown Wilmington area. Tons of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. - all easily walkable. Condo looked out across the Cape Fear River to the Battleship North Carolina. We also watched the 4th of July fireworks from the condo's balcony - that was a very nice perk! The condo itself is just big enough for two people. The bed was King size, and comfortable. The bathroom was big and well lit. The condo has in unit laundry, which worked great. There is not much of a kitchen area, so don't plan on making elaborate meals. The sink is small, not much counter space. But it was fine for us, since our plan was to dine out all the time. The lighting overall in the living room area is a little lacking - made it difficult to read at night. The reason we scored the Check In process as a 4 is that parking is a bit of an issue. We never did locate the assigned parking space for the condo, and ended up parking in a parking garage a block away. Which worked fine, just a little frustrating. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
