  • 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom with loft area includes a double bed that is perfect for kids. Also there is a sleeper sofa in living room. This condo is located on the second floor of the house with water views.

    Only steps away from the beach on one side, and the intracoastal waterway on the other side. Fully furnished. Open floor plan, flat screen TV in all rooms, one queen size bed in each bedroom. Two full baths to accommodate each bedroom.

    Incredible location to restaurants, ice cream, shopping, etc - Balcony and Breakfast Area has ocean and intracoastal waterway views. Wake up with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the beach in the morning, then enjoy cocktails with the sunset over the waterway in the evening.

    A brand new enclosed outdoor shower is available for your use.
