Einrichtung der FeWo entspricht den Fotos; Hinweis erforderlich, dass die FeWo im 2. OG liegt und nur über Treppen zu erreichen ist; in Küchenzeile, im Wohn-/Schlafbereich und im Bad fehlen Möglichkeiten (Haken) zum Aufhängen von Kleidung, Handtüchern etc.; ebenso ein WC-Papierhalter, ein kleiner Bad-Schrank sowie Ablagen am Bett, im Bad und Dusche sowie am Eßbereich; TV ist groß, führt allerdings, bis auf einen Kanal, nur französische Programme; Balkon wenig einladend und in Gemeinschaft mit der Nachbar-FeWo (Hinweis dazu fehlt); Ausblick auf Garten, Wiesen und Poolbereich ländlich-schön, allerdings mit nur 3 Korbsesseln für 2 FeWos mit je möglichen 4 Personen nur eingeschränkt zu genießen; Tisch, Sonnenschirm etc. nicht vorhanden, dafür gebrochene Fliesen und offene Stromkabel; Außengelände sehr weitläufig mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder; Rundgang über das Gestüt für Pferdefans interessant und sehenswert; Pferde sind gut und gepflegt untergebracht; für Pferde- und Reitbegeisterte sehr gut Poolbereich zweckmäßig, einladend und gepflegt angelegt; leider schon um 20 Uhr Ende der Badezeit, was im Sommer definitiv zu früh ist; sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten und soll auch kein meckern sein, sondern vielmehr Verbesserungsvorschläge; haben uns (1 EW, 3 KI, 1 Hund) trotzdem wohl gefühlt und war für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend; für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok, für längere Urlaube noch ausbaufähig; Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr gut, freundlich und zuverlässig
