"The room we stayed in was nice and clean and bright. We were surprised to find a small kitchenette in it.there was lots of space for my husband and I and our teen daughter. My family enjoyed the hot buffet breakfast each morning which was very nice! My one complaint is that the bedding for the pullout couch was awful. The blanket felt like sandpaper it was so rough it was unusable & the sheets were very thin and low quality. I’m not sure why the same type of bedding that goes on the other beds wasn’t used. Overall it was a good place to stay for a couple nights."

"Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Ithaca. Unfortunately, the parking garage next to the hotel is under construction so we had to unload and then park a few blocks away. This was time consuming, though the hotel did its best to alleviate the problem. Overall it was s very good stay."

"We canceled the stay. The room smells very bad, we asked for room change. Even we arrived very early, most people not arrive yet. The guy at the checkin counter didn't allow us to change to other room. He forced us to cancel the stay. It was a terrible experience to us, so sad.And so mad."
