Just an average stay. They harped on no smoking in the rooms, but gave us a room with burn marks on the blankets. Took pictures in case they tried to say we smoked in there. Lots of ceiling water damage and holes in walls. Hallways smelled of wet dog and weed.

Nice clean property it’s not in a busy area so you have your privacy . It’s not far off highway you can go north or south to downtown . Big units. They use to be apartments.. I would go back for sure

"This hotel is 15 miles and 20 minutes from Canton Texas Trade Days parking lot. Free BF is good. Clean and no serious issues. Stayed at this location 5 times. Much less expensive and no visible “wear and tear” at the property. Ice Machine is great. Very clean."
