We had the most perfect weekend here. It was exactly what we needed-very secluded and quiet and everything was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing some time away from regular life:) I can’t say enough good things!
Was traveling through the area and chose this property due to its history and surroundings. It did not disappoint. The wildlife, the trails, the house, the history all made for a great stay.
Beautiful property and place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wildlife galore and super secluded yet not too far from town. We would definitely come back.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it was just the escape we needed. The house was amazing and we really loved everything about it, especially remoteness. Ashley was an amazing host and we hope to be back soon!!
Gig Em!!
We stayed during spring break with our two boys. We really enjoyed the views at the property, watching wildlife and the peacefulness. The house had everything we needed. Ashley was easy to reach with any questions.
Amazing spot. Super secluded. Great House. Had a problem getting the hot tub to heat. Sent the property manager a message and never got a response. So we never got the hot tub to heat properly. Other than that we would gladly stay here again. We really loved it.
I am very happy to have found this Vrbo cabin.
The owner Ashley was very clear and helpful with her messages and the day of check-in everything went perfect.
This place is quiet, in a secluded farm, in the middle of nowhere. It was what I needed to get back to writing and end my writer’s block.
The cabin is equipped with everything that you need. Bathrooms in both floors. The kitchen is clean. The living spaces are decorated with very quaint cabin aesthetics. I was pleasantly surprised that the big bed was extremely comfortable.
I enjoyed the outdoors hot tub that helped me relax by the end of the night.
I’m very grateful for the host and I will surely recommend to someone who is looking for a nice little retreat outside of the city and disconnect from digital life.
My wife and I loved our stay at this ranchland getaway in the Texas hill country. It is a beautiful setting away from traffic and city lights. We have already schedule a trip back!
We stayed here with our family of 4 to kick off our summer. We love the Hill Country and enjoy staying in rural properties. This is a fantastic location and lovely property. Look forward to returning.
Perfect place for a nice quiet weekend getaway. Beautiful, rustic and exactly what was needed for a peaceful weekend way from the busy cities.

Weekend getaway
I was a little disappointed with the length of time to get to town, based on the listing. It was closer to 45-50 minutes to get into towns rather than 37 minutes
We had a great time! This is truly in the middle of nowhere, which was just what we were looking for! The stars at night are amazing. Great hot tub. Very clean. Had all of the essentials needed. Will definitely be back and plan to just stay at the house and enjoy nature. Highly recommend.
