We had a great long weekend at this property. It is located in an awesome neighborhood on the lake. We were able to take great advantage of the first floor game room area. With all of the great games, pool, several tvs etc, it made our one rainy day that would have been a bummer very enjoyable. We highly recommend the property.

Great house with a great family area down stairs. It was a rainy weekend but with so many games to play inside everyone had a great time! 7 year Grand daughter catching a bass was fun to watch.

Quick Lake Getaway

Amazing home! Perfect place to spend a weekend with family and friends on Lake Conroe. The home is perfect for all ages. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, great for enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony. Boat slip is perfect and well protected from the choppy waters of the lake.

Beutiful house on the lake great location with everything you need we all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of things to do and all kinds of games and activities. Great family house on the lake

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The communication with the property managers is great and easy. We were two families of 10 people and had plenty of room. The hang out area on the first floor was awesome and the kids loved it. Boat slip easy to use as it’s in a cove with calm waters. Will come back!

The house was great with entertainment for all of us with great water access our only issue was the rain playing pool with 3 different college football games on in the game room was a favorite part of the weekend

High School Bass fishing

We were staying at Lake Conroe for a High School Bass tournament. House had plenty of parking for 2 trucks with boats and at least 2 other vehicle's. House is in a good location. Boat ramp just around the corner. Bottom floor game room has plenty to do. Great balcony views. AC works great! Overall great place.

Lovely Fathers Day Getaway

Lovely home, great entertainment, and quiet. Kids had a great time with little to no down time from bordem(which is rare). My brother family of 5 and my family of 5 (ages 0 to 12) had so many options for entertainment provided by our lovely hosts from ping pong, pool, darts, bags, beer pong, paddle boating, fishing, SPUDS, poker room and a childrens area filled with toys, we always had available options to enjoy ourselves. We intend to visit again.

Best Trip Ever!!! All Inclusive Home for Family Gatherings!!!

Blue House on the Lake is by far the best rental we have ever rented! Beautiful view of the lake from the porch. Perfect location. Boat launch was right around the corner. There are activities for all ages. Paddle boards and paddle boats galore. Everything you need is all included! You won't regret it!!!

The blue house

We had such an awesome time. My granddaughter loved the play room. Very clean lots of fun. Had a blast. Caught 16 fish from the dock. Including a 5lb + large mouth. A nice 20” cat fish. The Blue House has so much to do nice location. I highly recommend this location. Even with it raining we fished and had plenty to do and the boat slip was awesome to have for me to park the boat every night 10/10

Best Family Vacay!

We brought our 4 teenagers plus four of their friends to the Big Blue House on spring break. We had 8 teenagers total and they were NOT bored at all at this house! We played endless games of pool, ping pong, paddle boarded, pedal boated, fished and all around had the best time! We caught monster catfish off the dock!! The beds were so comfortable, the house was decorated so cute and it had everything we needed. Even with 10 people there was plenty of room for everyone. We will be back for sure. The owners were so wonderful and thought of everything!

We had a fantastic weekend at the Blue House! The beds are amazing and AC works fantastic! On these hot humid days, it’s much needed ! We had a friend bring his Tritoon boat over, which was very convenient for us!! The games, paddle boat, and paddle boards were used by all, and we had a blast. Looking forward to next summer so we can come back!

This property was amazing!! We would absolutely rent again. Couple minor issues - upstairs AC was touchy and upstairs sinks didn’t drain properly - but neither was worrisome enough for us to even bother reaching out. Overall our stay and the house was great and we have recommended to other friends and family!!
