Good breakfast, friendly staff, a small kids room with toys and spacious room for family with children and proper beds for all 4 of us. It has a small cooktop, kettle and coffee machine. Also toiletries for the bathroom

Good price, terrible service.

Nice location, great breakfast, good price. We hade to switch rooms three times. First one due to heavy cigarette smell in the carpets and walls. Second room hadn't been cleaned with dirty dishes and no new linens and towels. Third room we got we stayed it too hadn't had the beds made. The rooms are nice but the service and willingness to remedy the terrible check in procedure by the staff was the worst I've ever encountered. Loud sighs and stating "this is not my job". It sure as h e double l isn't the customer's job to make the beds or do the dishes. Other than that, good stay. But the initial welcome kind of soured the whole stay.

Prima verblijf gehad voor een lang weekend. Kamer was schoon, prima ontbijt, heerlijk zwembadje en sauna’s. We genoten van half pension, het avond buffet was prima, wat je kan verwachten voor deze prijs. We hadden een familiekamer, de kinderen sliepen in een aparte slaapkamertje met gordijn ervoor ipv een deur, helemaal prima.

Das Zimmer war zwar geräumig und sauber, aber wich deutlich von der Webside Abbildung ab. Wir hatten Zimmer 318, war das wirklich Superior Ostertalblick? Keine große Fensterfront, sondern Dachausschnitt und Dachschräge, keine 2 Sofa Sitzecke, sondern nur eines. Dafür Retroküchenecke, kein Schreibtisch, d.h. konträr der erwarteten Angaben. Leider trübte der antiautoritäre Erziehungsstil einiger Familien deutlich den Wohlfühlcharakter des Hotels, sei es im Restaurant, wie auch im Pool, Sauna- und Wellnessbereich. Überall Kinderlärm und auf Socken, kreischende, oft in Scharen unbeabsichtigte Kinder bis spätabends . Das Pool haben wir daher gar nicht genutzt. Selbst in der Sauna war das Getöse unüberhörbar, an Entspannung nicht zu denken. Hier wünschten wir uns ein deutliches Durchgreifen des Personals. So haben wir uns wie auf Kinderfreizeit und fehl am Platz gefühlt. Das ist so schade, war doch die Küche und grade das Abendbuffet sehr gut. Gerade die Köche und das Servicepersonal, wie auch die Gäste ohne Kleinkinder hätten mehr Respekt verdient. Daher wenigstens von uns ein großer Dank an den Koch für sein hervorragendes Essen und dass er sich um unseren an Zöliakie erkranken Sohn vorbildlich und professionell gekümmert hat. So war glutenfreies Essen für ihn an den 4 Tagen kein Problem. Aufgrund der unruhigen Atmosphäre werden wir aber leider nicht mehr in das H+ Hotel Willingen kommen.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen und das Essen war sehr lecker. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und die Zimmer waren Sauber. . Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel.

Gut & günstig mit erstaunlich angenehnen Scheimmbad & Wellnessbereich ! Die Zimmer waren sauber aber schon in die Jahre gekommen - hier fehlt es ein bisschen an modernem Flair ! Größtes Manko war das Essen, Frühstück war ok aber das Abendbuffet merkte man deutlich dad "low budget" an - hier noch ein wenig mehr Qualität der Produkte und alles wäre tip !!!

Das Hotel ist wohl bemüht es auch Familien recht zu machen, das sieht man am Restaurant, der Bar und dem Pool, aber das Zimmer… naja. Die Couch war so „verwohnt“, dass man ein Laken darüber gelegt hat, wenn ich Zeitung über Mist lege, ist der Mist aber auch nicht verschwunden. Das Bad ist für ein „Familienzimmer“ sehr klein gewesen, 4 Leute und ein Mini-Bad, da kann man sich denken, was es für ein Stress war. Viele Dinge bekam man auch nur per Pfand ausgehändigt, da will man auch nicht wissen, welche Erfahrungen man in dem Hotel mit den Gästen gemacht hat. Bitte gerne auch mal die Zimmer renovieren. Für den Preis war das alles nämlich wenig angemessen.

Da fahre ich bestimmt nicht mehr hin !!!

Bei dem Gesamteindruck von außen wäre ich am liebsten weiter gefahren . Zimmer sehr spartanisch ( Alter Teppichboden) Fensterscheiben total dreckig,Balkon voll mit Moos und Dreck,Fernbedienung TV klebrig und dreckig . Bei Verzicht auf die tägliche Zimmerreinigung erhält man an der Rezeption einen 5 Euro Gutschein zum Verzehr im Hotel ( lächerlich)

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und funktional. Betten waren eher hart und nicht sehr bequem, insbesondere die Kopfkissen. Zimmertüren waren häufig nicht richtig zu, sodass die von außen wieder geöffnet werden könnten. Handtücher auch eher klein und dünn. Bademantel gegen Aufpreis verfügbar. Frühstück und Abendessenbuffet ist eher einfach, aber hat geschmeckt.

Wir waren zufrieden, das Frühstück war super, das Personal freundlich. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, das Bad etwas klein aber relativ neu. Das einige was ich echt bemängeln muss, das die Couch und der Sessel total dreckig war/ist. Wir hatten zum Glück 2 Decken mit, die wir darüber gemacht haben, sonst hätten wir uns dort nicht hingesetzt. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit, sie hatte uns Futternäpfe, Leckerlis und sogar ein Liegekissen hingelegt. Das hatten wir so auch noch nicht. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und ein kleines Schwimmbad. Die Umgebung ist super.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel

Sehr gutes Hotel! Die Lage ist traumhaft. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Hilfsbereites Personal, köstliches Essen, warm und komfortabel. Der Pool ist gut. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Schlitten zu mieten. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal hierher zurückkommen.

Relativt slitt hotellet med fint basseng

Ganske gammelt og slitt hotell, som ligger omtrent 10 minutters gange fra de lokale restaurantene. De hadde ikke noen daglig rengjøring, men gav oss heller en voucher på 10€. Rommet har kjøkken, men alt kjøkkenutstyret er låst ned i skap på rommet. Utstyr for å lage kaffe/te må leies i resepsjonen. Begrenset utvalg på frokosten sammenlignet med andre hoteller. Pluss for et fint basseng med sauna.
