Lovely stay in Kentucky

The house was great for the 10 of us. Enjoyed having open space behind us and views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a great saty in Kentucky.

Great place to stay!

The house was clean and comfortable, a wonderful place for our family to stay while we attended a conference at the Ark Encounter. Only a few minutes to drive to the Ark! Loved having 3 bathrooms, and enough seating by tables for everyone. I would recommend!

Very comfortable stay!

Very nice, clean home. Eight women came down for a womens conference and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house was perfect. Communication with the host was great.

Awesome Ark Adventure

The home is perfect for a family stay. Great layout for multiple couples, family units, and kids. Beautiful views. Neat as a pin and clean as a whistle! Well equipped kitchen. Less than 5 minutes from the Ark. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

My family came and stayed here for a couple days while visiting the ark. It was the perfect little house with tons of space for our group of 6. The location was on the outskirts of town so you weren’t too crowded in but close enough that it didn’t take long to get anywhere. An easy drive and less than 5 minutes to the ark. The owner communicated quickly and provided all the check in info so everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great get away with cousins

8 adult women had a wonderful stay. The space was perfect for everyone to comfortably gather and enjoy each other’s company. There was plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy meals together and the 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready for the day. Very close to the Ark Encounter; and an easy trip to Lexington to tour a horse farm and Louisville to visit the Louisville Slugger factory/museum.

Comfortable and Inviting

The property is close to restaurants and the Ark Encounter. It has plenty of space with a large kitchen for gathering. The beds are very comfortable. The host has thought of everything from providing shampoo to K-cups! If in Williamstown again, we would love to stay! An extremely conscientious host!

Perfect home away from home

We took a trip to take family to see Noah Ark. We all had our own bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! 6 of us stayed. Fully stocked kitchen for making meals and beautifully decorated. Livingroom has 3 couches and plenty of blankies for snuggling up for a movie night. We had a great stay and we weren't tripping over eachother.

Ark Encounter- mini getaway

The house was comfortable and met our needs. We choose to stay here due to the ability to house 4 couples and the closeness to the Ark Encounter. The neighborhood is older and doesn’t give a good feel as you are going through it but honestly we felt safe and comfortable in the house. Had the opportunity to meet the owner who was kind and helpful. I would recommend.

Home away from home

The house was lovely with lots of space. The three bathrooms were a nice bonus with 8 of us getting ready in the morning! The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the large table where we could all sit down together. The livingroom was also large with lots of seating. Perfect for our stay! Communication with the owner was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

Big family ark trip

We had 12 people for this vacation. 4 adults, 2 teens, and 6 kids. We all had comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of space to spread out. Having 3 bathrooms was great! We also definitely took advantage of the laundry facilities. We spent 3 nights and would have enjoyed staying longer. The kids appreciated tvs in every bedroom and the arcade game in the bunk room. The home was clean and cozy. Highly recommend.

Spacious rental

Great place to stay! Prompt communication with host, clean and nicely decorated. My only two suggestions are to add deadbolts to the exterior doors and a good mattress in the first bedroom. We looked to see if mattress could be flipped for better comfort and discovered there were 3 mattress toppers put together inside a zippered mattress cover instead of an actual mattress. All the other beds were fine.

Needs minor repairs. Would have liked dead bolts on both doors . Other than that it was extremely clean, host was very prompt and very nice replying to my messages.
