- Ellis Estates is a beautiful, spacious, single family home on 2 archers with a fire pit near the Ark Encounter and Williamstown Lake. It comfortably sleeps 10 with extra capacity with a sofa bed and pack and play. This is a smoke free, pet free, non-toxic home. It has an Ark themed children's play room and separate working space as well as a back deck, grill and private pergola. Come see Genesis 6-9 come alive!
