The Space:
Welcome to this charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom gabled brick home, conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from Ark Encounter! Inside, you'll find original 85+ year old hardwood floors and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. A separate dining room and cozy living room are perfect for entertaining.

Upstairs, a loft style living room and a Noah's Ark Playroom offer additional relaxation spaces. Outside, enjoy the landscaped front yard and a small backyard with a fire pit. Parking is convenient for up to three vehicles, and you can explore downtown Williamstown for shops and dining.

Guest Access:
Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
