"The proprietor was kind, accommodating and full of gracious + eager hospitality. It seems to be an old property he's gradually upgrading. My mattress and rug were new. I slept soundly. Breakfast was fresh fruit, which prepared me for a day at Mass MOCA. I would stay here again."

"This area is really starting to build up. There is a small ski area. An Italian restaurant and 110 grill right on that road. About 15 min away Applebees. A lot of pizza and Mexican. Winter not only is there skiing there are a lot of snowmobile trails. Summer there are water falls you can see. Tubing you can do. The mountains are beautiful. Quiet and relaxing. "

"I have been here before years ago. The place is a good value and in a great location. Unfortunately the room was given to us in poor condition. There were cobwebs from the ceiling to one of the lamps. There was a used black latex glove in the chair. There was a ski glove behind the couch. There was a handprint on the wall above the kitchen table. The place wasn't properly vacuumed. Along the baseboard the carpet meets the baseboard there was a good amount of debris. I complained to the front desk and they offered to change our room but we were already settled in at that point. I also had concerns the next room would be the same with regard to cleaning. Manager where are you? Obviously not on site on the busiest days of the week. No manager on site. I asked at the front desk. I realize things happen and staff make mistakes but I complained via text and sent pictures as well as told them at the front desk. If you would have called me I probably would not have sent this review. I suggest someone does a walk through to check how these units are left for the next guests. After all you have 6 hours between the 10 am check out and the 4pm check in (I found that that was out of range with the norm as well). You can do better than this."

"Hotel is going through a renovation which makes the place a little rougher than it’s used to be. No parking or limited parking at entrance of hotel. Valet parking personnel were parking cars on entrance round entrance and in the mourning, they were towing those cars from the property. Not a good look or feel for those staying there. Maybe in six months or a year down the line, hotel will come back to its glory. Today still needs lots of work. "
