Dead bolt was also broken, which made me feel unsafe. I stayed 2 nights and they added an extra towel and took the trash out, but did not give extra soap and did the bare minimum. "This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. The views of the river are so soothing, and the neighborhood deliciously quiet. The owners were responsive & helpful when we ran into an internet problem. Kitchen is minimal but I didn't go there to cook ;-) We had fun exploring the nearby towns (Bath and Washington) and the wildlife reserves, but the best part was just sitting on the deck and breathing."
