It was an ok stay. I stay at this chain often for work and felt it was a good choice. The room smelled musty, the bathroom had mold on the caulk in tub and walls, room door was broken (fixed when checked in and broke again).

Good stay

The customer servive was wonderful. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The pull out sofa was a bit thin and you could feel the springs. Also, the shower gel was empty when we went to use it, although I'm sure they would have quickly rectified it had I asked.

Our room was fantastic especially for the price. The gentleman who checked us in (jon) was delightful and super polite. The pool was probably the best one ive been to around this area. The only negative thing was that the hot tub wasnt working but that was ok bc everything else was perfect, therefore we will definitely be returning to hampton inn danville!
