I liked the ample parking Space, I was able to park my car in front of my room which made it easy dealing with my toddler. Room was clean, but the shampoo and conditioner were out. I am very reserved so I didn't ask for any to the staff. Check in was made so easy it was a pleasure, both over the phone and in- person the staff was help full and efficient.

Williamsport Week

The hotel provided a clean room. Not too many other amenities. Continental breakfast included coffee, muffins and apple sauce. Lots of free parking. Everything in the room in good working order.

The maintenance guy is kewl and the coffee is good and they're good with late check outs.... better than the budget inn on lycoming creek road... less quiet tho. I like staying here... some of the ppl staying here are addicts and stuff tho so just be mindful and don't really hang out outside lol

Front desk staff was great. I had requested a non smoking room, but totally understand that I received a smoking room due to it being Wildcat weekend. However, the state of the room was deplorable. We of course new it would smell like an ashtray, however, there was a red stain on the only chair in the room along with a stain on the floor under the sink. Some pink cap was lodged in the sink drain. The floor was covered in dirt and cigarette ash. There were 2 holes in the bathroom door and the tub was so questionable I refused to take a shower. Again, understand that the hotel was full, but you would expect that the room would be clean. From one housekeeping manager to another, I would be embarrassed to know my team left a room like that.

Staff was nice and professional; however, this was the worst property I’ve ever stayed at in the 31 years I’ve been traveling. Ceiling tiles falling down, showerhead missing, non-smoking room reeks like smoke, curtains don’t close all the way, exterior siding missing and I could go on and on. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Good Bad and the Ugly

1) There was coffee and powered donuts for the continental breakfast. 2) spiders everywhere. Killed seven in our room. 3) outside of hotel is in need of lots of repair. 4) They rent the rooms out for $1200 a month. There were people basically living there. All that being said, I was staying there for the Little League World Series and stayed for 6 nights. The room was clean (after the spiders were killed) the bed was comfortable, the AC was great, the shower was great. There was a coffeemaker, microwave and a refrigerator. I had booked it months in advance and had a good price compared to what the price was being paid now. It worked for me.

Saff was very nice! Everything seemed clean, but looked dirty due to the age and lack of property care. The price of the room reflects these issues and is on par with a cheap hotel. I’d stay again.

Could not believe I paid $198.00 including taxes a night and had to go get all of the supplies we needed. Slept on the same sheets all week. Ask the cleaning lady if she was going to do clean the room and she said they don’t clean rooms that just stay over. VERY disappoint in the whole stay and will not be staying again !!!!

Cleanliness is an issue

Arriving at the property the door to the outside had been propped open and bugs had been entering the room for who knows how long. Dirt/dust on most surfaces especially in bathroom.
