"The unit was clean and fairly comfortable. The owner provided many thoughtful amenities.It's worth noting, however, that the thermostat is on the owner's side of the property. The rental had two permanent window air conditioning units that were extremely drafty. The rooms were quite cold. We asked if they could turn up the heat and were provided with two space heaters, but the drafts from the windows mostly overpowered the heaters. The rental has no smoke or carbon monoxide detectorsAlso worth noting is that this rental is on a pretty rural street. If you have a pet that you must walk, be sure to bring a good flashlight. The surrounding streets are very, very dark!. "
