This 2,870sqft home has a master suite with a king bed, brand new upgraded walk-in tile shower, soaker tub for two and patio door to the 350 sqft deck over looking the pond. Four guest bedrooms all with queen beds. 2 brand new upgraded guest baths with walk in tile showers. Well appointed kitchen with 6 burner Wolfe range top and built in double ovens. Dedicated dining room, living room and family room.

450 sqft patio with gazebo,fire pit, grill, outdoor dining table and plenty of chairs to relax at the ponds edge to enjoy an evening fire or dinner while listening to the water flow over the dam.

Short 5 minute drive to Flint Fields Horse Park, Meijer, Turtle Creek Casino and Sayler Park boat launch. 10 minutes to Elk Rapids restaurants and beaches. 10 minutes to downtown Traverse City.

We LOVED everything about this property from the house itself, the grounds, & its location to the incredibly thoughtful, helpful, & responsive owner. The resident ducks were an added bonus! Can’t say enough good things!

premier location

This house is very well maintained, with excellent facilities like upgraded bathrooms, huge kitchen, and wonderful family room for watching TV or movies. It's less than 5 minutes from the horse park and a stone's throw from Meijer's for groceries and anything else you forget to bring. Don't forget to feed the ducks and other great birds that swim on the property's pond.

Horse Show and Family Vacation

The house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and space for a large family. We loved the pond and the ducks. The owner was kind enough to keep plenty of duck food for the kids to feed them, and drop off a basketball for the kids to be play outside for hours. We will be back!
