Convenient Stay

This resort was just a 5 minute drive to historic Williamsburg. It was conveniently located to many restaurants. The front desk staff was very friendly and was happy accommodate our request for a ground floor unit.

Property was in a very convenient location, staff was eager to help, lots to do on site and close by. Condo was well equipped and spacious. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

We stay at Kingsgate every single year, and it never disappoints. The renovated units are beautiful, the amenities are awesome, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a perfect place for a family vacation.

Summer Vacation

A great time was had by all!

We came with 4 adults aged 22 to 90. At check in, the agent changed our suites to ground floor to accommodate us. The connection rooms were great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We did have a bad light bulb that was replaced immediately. There was a lot to do and my husband enjoyed the pinball machines, and pools. The karaoke was fun as well. My family requested that we stay with them again.

Graduation trip

We had a wonderful family trip to our grandson’s graduation in Williamsburg. The KOALA agent helped us navigate through a cancelled fight and late arrival. The property was very nice and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again!
