Fantastic Resort!

I cannot say enough about our stay here. It was even better than the pictures and description. It was very very clean, quiet and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Family and friends trip

The stay was pleasant. The pool was perfect for kids. We did like that we could get discounts of attractions but didn’t like sitting through a presentation to get them.

This condo was exactly what we needed to make our visit to Williamsburg the best. It was clean, had everything we needed: swimming pool, playground, and mini golf for the kids. Nice walking paths, pool table, and exercise room for adults. It was close to the many attractions in town

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable, and overall clean, but the kitchen floor was dirty. The kitchen could use a few more items to cook with ie. baking sheets, hot pads.

The woman in the guard station was the kindest person ever. She was extremely friendly and answered all questions. Her wave to us as we would come and go throughout our stay made us feel welcomed. She needs to be recognized for her wonderful personality!

Great Stay!

The property is nice with activities the teens enjoyed. Two pools are available. There are basketball courts, mini golf, and a cornhole setup. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Obviously, this is a members resort so after check-in you will be asked about attending a timeshare presentation. We politely declined and were not hassled. The staff were very friendly.

Vey Nice Condo

We didn’t know it was a Time Share property. So the check-in process included many conversations about going to listen to a sales pitch. Then calls later. But the unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. Great location for Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Great Wolf Lodge.

Great property and staff

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so, so helpful. Jay from the front desk even texted me when he was out sick one day. Check in was really easy. Loved the evening social / snacks / Sunday morning mimosas and muffins. I needed a few bags of ice for the travel home for breastmilk and AJ at the front desk offered to store in their freezer if i needed. Way beyond expected hospitality. It’s pretty obvious it’s a time share situation so if that’s your thing, cool, if not, (and it isn’t ours) it wasn’t an annoyance. Pretty close to everywhere you want to go. Clean, readily available concierge… no complaints at all!

Much Needed Vaca

Very impressed with the property and the amenities with one exception…. Indoor pool was closed even after asking (1 week prior to our stay) if all amenities were open at the property. This issue was resolved with a $200 credit offered which we appreciate. All in all, we all enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Property is convenient but alot of the services are not given the same attention as previousley, for instance, not linen in the bedroom and kitchen accessories missing. When requested staff was at your service. Also facilities need to be upgraded.

Great place for family vacation

Property was nice. Staff was helpful. Our family of 9 used the pool & mini golf on property, both were nice. Our unit had some minor issues, hot water in the stand up shower turned cold quickly. The other bathroom, the tub glaze was peeling so our grandson couldn't take a bath in there. Location was great, close to Busch Gardens & Outlets for shopping. All in all, it was a great trip!

Best resort close to everything Williamsburg

This was our first time staying at this resort and I give it a 10/10! Great location, close to Colonial Williamsburg & Busch Gardens. We enjoyed all the amenities such as the pools, putt putt & games. Highly recommend this place!
