It is amazing place to stay with a big family. The location, the no. of beds, the facilities, and others are all really nice.

Spring Break 2024

Clean and accommodated 13 of us. It was wonderful plenty of games and activities and outside basketball court kept us entertained

Weekend in Williamsburg

Interior was clean and for the most part in good repair, mostly minor items needed repairs. The owner provides a nice game room and board games for the kids, nice touches. Having the bedrooms spaced far apart was also an excellent amenity when bringing multiple families together. The exterior apparently wasn’t prepped for the season yet, yard work and pressure washing etc was needed and exterior amenities, basketball hoop and toys need replacing. Overall, however was a very good stay and I’d recommend it to others and would stay there again when in the area. The area it is in is nice, the lot may give you a brief concern regarding location when you pull up but we had no problems and the noise levels were minimal in the evening and throughout the night.
