"Nice room very clean except for the pillow cases blanket and washcloths. Pool was green and not maintained at all. No hot tub. And not a very good variety of breakfast items juice machine didn't work properly."

"The room was dirty I 165.00 to have a private jacuzzi I asked the front desk to have some clean the jacuzzi and the floors the man at the desk said that he didn’t have anyone to clean gave me some cleaner so I clean the jacuzzi I start to fill it well after about 30 to 40 mins of it being filled the jets never come on to in the mean time I start unloading my things I drop my bottle of face wash I look down to grab it dirt and dead bugs needless to say the jacuzzi never came on I paid 165.00 to spend hour in a dirty room and a jacuzzi that never came on the refused to give a refund extremely upset after an extremely day"

"There was an issue with my reservation but Malaya at the front desk went far beyond what I expected to get the issue resolved. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem I encountered was the noise in the middle of the night from loud cars in the parking lot and nearby street."

"Some of reviews were not accurate in their praise of the facility. The hotel is very old with the outdoor entries, although very well lighted and safe. The breakfast was not extraordinary as noted but it was very satisfactory. Quite comparable to competing brands. The room was clean in appearance and furniture and bedding were reasonably new. BUT, the staff WAS EXCEPTIONAL as noted. I would stay there again if I were in the area."

"This place was great! Did have worry about neighbors, 10 mins from stores one way, 15 mins from Cumberlands falls the other way. When using your GPS it will take you a church and say you have a arrive! That's kind of true. there is a narrow road to your left that will lead you the rest of the way. The road is narrow and it's one way in, one way out. But besides that! I couldn't believe how nice the cabin was and look. plus, the hostess was really nice. And if you do stay there do yourself a favor, READ THE WHOLE GULDLINES THEY LEFT ALL THE WAY ARE MISS OUT ON FEEDING THE ANIMALS LIKE WE DID, LOL this place gets 10 stars."
