"King suite was huge and had a lake view. Very clean and appeared recently updated. Definitely will return."

"It is a long spread out hotel. We were placed in the 2nd room from the last end building, on a very slow weeknight. So quite the walk to lobby. The room service Mac n cheese was microwavable kraft in soupy cheese water. The lobby food options were just OK. Service was great everywhere. The warm indoor pool area was our favorite part. We usually stay at Timber Ridge indoor water park, better layout and more kid-friendly. This was different and kids still enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was really clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, we had everything we needed and it is located in a really cool area- I was hesitant about not staying in Lake Geneva, however, I actually thing this area is even better- a chill lake vibe with a great cafe, adorable little bar and ice cream shop that you can walk to. There is a public beach right across the street and an amazing marina right in the backyard. The bar and restaurant look great too. "

"Restaurant was closed and under construction. No prior notification of closure. Property is old and tired but priced the same as newer and better in the area."

"Clean room , staff was nice Hot tub was cold n pool was colder. The elevator broke down the last 2 nights of our stay seem like no one wanted to come in to look at it on the weekend. "
